Oliver is a 12.5 year old Dachshund that is as sweet as can be. I met Oliver in December of last year for mobility issues due to disc issues and arthritis that was compounded by long-term prednisone use for his back issues. Unrelated to the disc issues, he is also blind due to SARDS.
This video reiterates that sometimes in order to see how far you’ve come you have to take a step back and look at where you started. Acupuncture, LASER and tPEMF therapy have given Oliver a new lease on life. He is much more mobile and engaged in daily activities. So happy for you Oliver!!
I had the pleasure of meeting Bella last summer more than a month after her surgery for a ruptured thoracic disc. At this time she was unable to stand unassisted or ambulate without significant assistance. Her owners were very worried about her quality of life, the possibility of any kind of recovery given the duration that she was down, and if we needed to fit her for a cart. I asked for some time and patience. We did therapeutic exercises, acupuncture and LASER therapy weekly to start. Improvements were seen in the first couple weeks. Fast forward 5.5 months later and here we are and Bella is loving life!
